Cannabis & Me
MEET GANJIER, MT BRIGGS
Hey y’all, I’m MT Briggs! I’m a classically trained chef, master mixologist and ganjier, with a burning desire to bring delicious, gourmet quality cannabinated food to the world. After reading that sentence, you’ll likely need two definitions, so here they are: ganjier, n.: a person who is highly knowledgeable about cannabis, with visible passion for the plant; cannabinated, adj.: something that has cannabis added to it. That could be food, beverage, or person, but in this case, it’s my kitchen.
Cannabinated Kitchen is a network that I created with my husband to showcase my love for cooking with cannabis. I love to cook, and I love enjoying cannabis. What I don’t love is the stigma that’s attached to cannabis usage, and the woefully mediocre approach that most take to enjoying; so this is also about shattering some of that as well. Gone are the days of the danky brownies with results ranging from couch stuck to indigestion. This is about cooking with an imagination and good taste.
I’ll teach some parts of my process (can’t sell the entire farm), and show you ways to cannabinate literally, ANYTHING. I do everything in-house, including making all of my own butter, oils, tinctures, flours, sugars, syrups, sauces, etc. And none of my time in the is complete without a family member or two hanging out at the counter. I LOVE entertaining. Cannabinated Kitchen is basically what you get when you come to my house for a visit. An elevated experience that can’t be replicated. I call it a network because it isn’t just a show. I blog, write recipes, and even teach classes and host dinners. You’ll have to follow us to keep up. We might even see you at one of our live culinary experiences in the future.
Thanks in advance for taking the time to support any piece of these efforts!
